‘60s Scoop survivor ‘emotional’ at Saskatchewan apology

Saskatchewan’s premier apologized Monday to survivors of the ‘60s Scoop. Scott Moe said the province caused “pain and sadness” through the policy of relocating Indigenous children to non-Indigenous homes.
