Alberta and B.C. premiers patch up their pipeline differences

Alberta Premier Alison Redford and B.C. Premier Christy Clark have come up with a framework for negotiations about proposed heavy oil pipelines. Clark says the province no longer wants a share of Alberta's oil revenue and taxes.
