Alberta's plan to add the slogan Strong and Free to its licence plates appears to have hit a speed bump, but the provincial government says it's not pumping the brakes. Denise Dow, a New Brunswick business owner who holds a copyright to the phrase, says she wants to land a deal with the province where they pay her a royalty to use the slogan on its plates.
