B.C.'s provincial health officer says weddings a source of COVID-19 surge

British Columbia’s provincial health officer says social gatherings like weddings are linked to a surge in COVID-19 cases and that could lead to tighter restrictions including conditions on wedding licences. Dr. Bonnie Henry says people should consider civil ceremonies and plan to have parties later as she reported a record of 274 cases on Thursday.
