Former butler to Princess Diana, Paul Burrell, outside the Old Bailey, London, Friday November 1, 2002, after the court building was evacuated due to a fire alarm. Burrell, 44, of Farndon, Cheshire, denies stealing 310 items from Diana, Princess of Wales, the Prince of Wales and Prince William. The jury trying Burrell was today finding out whether it would be required to attend court following a surprise three day suspension after proceedings were halted on Tuesday.
