Canadian Chamber of Commerce CEO calls pricey COVID-19 border test 'irrational'

A Canadian tourism group, along with an Ottawa family, are calling on the federal government to drop rules stating Canadians need to pay for a negative COVID-19 best before entering the country. Perrin Beatty, CEO of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, says the government should be doing 'spot' testing instead.
