    Chinatown looks within for renewal

William Liu, co-owner of Kam Wai Dim Sum in Vancouver’s Chinatown, is a new-generation owner of a heritage business. Despite other heritage businesses aging out of operations, Liu is determined to keep going – and is looking to renew Chinatown’s retail mix from within by introducing changes to welcome new customers.
