Could a so-called 'fatberg' happen in Canada?

Utilities across the country say personal wipes are causing expensive sewage backlogs, and those backlogs could lead to a so-called "fatberg." In the summer, a 15 tonne hunk of fat and wipes was found in a London sewer.
