Opponents and supporters of Quebec’s secularism law react to a Court of Appeal decision upholding the law, which bans teachers, prison guards, judges and police officers from wearing religious symbols. The decision overturns a lower court ruling that had exempted English schools. (Feb. 29, 2024)
