Dube calls for special effort, better testing

Quebec's health minister is calling on people living in regions seeing an increase of COVID-19 cases to do their part to stop the spread. Christian Dube also says he's not happy with long testing lineups, and says new models are coming to forecast fall COVID-19 trends.
