Health officials say Canada needs increased testing before life can return to normal

Canada's chief public health officer Dr. Theresa Tam says before life can return to normal, officials need to be able to detect and stamp out new outbreaks of COVID-19. To that end, she says the country needs to continue working on ways to vastly increase its capacity to do wide-spread tests for the virus.
