Joly says India's involvement in B.C. killing would be 'grave violation' if proven

Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly says Canada has expelled a top Indian diplomat in response to what Prime Minister Justin Trudeau earlier described as "credible" information that the government of India may have been behind the recent killing of a Sikh leader in British Columbia. Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc says Canadian officials have been confronting their Indian counterparts with the allegations, but an investigation is ongoing.
