    Judge rejects polygamy challenge, Blackmore and Oler to be sentenced

    A judge rejected Friday a challenge of Canada's polygamy laws launched after Winston Blackmore and James Oler were found guilty of the offence. Blackmore said the legal battle over polygamy has been a test of the community's faith.
