Kevorkians Release

** ADVANCE FOR WEEKEND EDITIONS, MAY 26-27 -FILE ** A copy is shown of Dr. Jack Kevorkian's notice left with his patients after he leaves the bodies with authorities. For nearly a decade, Dr. Jack Kevorkian defiantly refused to stop his assisted suicide crusade. Kevorkian will be released June 1, 2007 from a Michigan prison after serving more than eight years of a 10- to 25-year sentence for the 1999 conviction for the second-degree murder in the 1998 poisoning of Thomas Youk, 52, a Michigan resident who had Lou Gehrig's disease.
