Legault requests soldiers to help with COVID-19 fight

Quebec Premier Francois Legault has asked the federal government for 1,000 soldiers to work in long-term care homes struggling with COVID-19. Legault says if the situation in the rest of the province remains largely stable, he would table a plan next week to see a gradual reopening of schools and businesses.
