Liberal House leader fumes over bill on changes to COVID-19 benefits

The governing Liberals need co-operation from all the opposition parties for quick passage of a bill to extend and revise aid programs for people suffering in the pandemic and they seem unlikely to get it. The NDP oppose measures to punish fraudulent claims; the Bloc and Conservatives want more accountability from the government. Liberal House leader Pablo Rodriguez is exasperated.
