Emergency Preparedness Minister Bill Blair says Canada is facing ‘unprecedented levels’ of wildfires early in the season, with blazes in most provinces. Blair also says that Ottawa has offered Nova Scotia help in combatting fires that continue engulfing areas around Halifax as of Monday.
