Canada's deputy chief public health officer Dr. Howard Njoo says all available data point to a need for people to receive two doses of Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine for it to work properly. A day earlier, retired general Rick Hillier, who is overseeing the rollout of vaccines in Ontario, suggested Health Canada take a second look at the Moderna vaccine to see if it could be used in one dose.
