N.L. reports four new COVID-19 cases, first hospital outbreak

Newfoundland and Labrador health officials reported four new cases of COVID-19 Friday as well as the province's first outbreak at a hospital. Officials say 11 people are in hospital due to the virus and five of those people are in intensive care.
