N.S. Liberals vow to cut car tolls on Trans-Canada

Nova Scotia Liberal Leader Iain Rankin was confronted by a group of angry hecklers during an announcement in Amherst Tuesday, where he said his party would remove some of the tolls on a section of the Trans-Canada Highway near the border between Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
