Newsroom Ready: ‘Napalm girl’ on welcoming Ukrainians to Canada, surviving Vietnam War as a child

Vietnam War survivor Kim Phuc Phan Thi, famously known as the "Napalm girl" in a 50-year-old photograph from the conflict, discusses helping Ukrainians fleeing their war resettle to Canada through a flight from Warsaw, Poland to Regina, arranged by organizations Open Arms and Solidaire. Phan Thi, who is now living in Ajax, Ont., also shares what she remembers from that day, June 8, 1972.
