Newsroom Ready: Alberta proclaims law to reduce oil to B.C.

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney, accompanied by Energy Minister Sonya Savage, announces Wednesday his cabinet has proclaimed into law a bill allowing it to cut oil to B.C. in retaliation for obstruction of Trans Mountain pipeline expansion project. Kenney says they won't begin cutting oil immediately but wants to send a message they will defend Alberta's interests.
