Newsroom Ready: B.C. Attorney General promises Supreme Court appeal in pipeline fight

B.C. Attorney General David Eby says the province will appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada after a lower court ruled that its proposed law restricting Alberta oil shipments was unconstitutional. B.C. argued the law was about protecting its environment from a spill, but the federal government and Alberta said the goal was to block the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion.
