Newsroom Ready: Canadian military helping Nova Scotia cope with sudden COVID-19 surge

The Canadian military has dispatched sailors and soldiers to different communities in Nova Scotia to help the province deal with a recent surge in COVID-19 cases. In Halifax, about two dozen members of the Royal Canadian Navy were helping health-care staff at a COVID-19 testing clinic at the Canada Games Centre.
