Newsroom Ready: Deal to end LCBO strike thrown into question hours after it was announced

The union representing 10,000 LCBO workers says the strike continues even after it announced a tentative deal was reached. JP Hornick, the president of Ontario Public Service Employees Union, says the decision was made after the LCBO refused to accept the return-to-work protocol, which according to the union, is a normal part of how strikes end.
