Newsroom Ready: Delaying second COVID-19 vaccine dose could pose procurement issues: Anand

Procurement Minister Anita Anand says delaying the second dose of a Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine so that more people can receive at least one dose more quickly could be a problem for Canada. She says Canada is in a better position to convince the manufacturers to accelerate their deliveries if it can show it's following their instructions to administer two doses.
