A major seizure of 433 kilograms of cocaine in western New York state began with a much smaller arrest in Nova Scotia this spring. American and Canadian federal officers described how the operation unfolded during a news conference in Halifax where some of the seized drugs and cash were displayed. (Sept. 26, 2023)
