Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says getting steel and aluminum tariffs lifted is a critical part of passing the new NAFTA deal. However the cabinet aide on U.S.-Canada relations, Andrew Leslie, says Canada isn't trying to lobby U.S. Democrats to ratify the deal.
