    Newsroom Ready: Ottawa and Quebec to fund Lac-Megantic rail bypass

    Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced Friday that a rail bypass funded by the federal and Quebec governments will keep trains out of downtown Lac-Megantic. A train carrying crude oil derailed in the Quebec town in 2013, killing 47 people.
