Saskatchewan announced it would not remit the federal levy on natural gas. Dustin Duncan, the minister responsible for the province’s gas utility, says the decision was made out of fairness. Federal Natural Resources Minister Jonathan Wilkinson says there will be no carbon rebates for Saskatchewan residents. (Feb. 29, 2024)
