Newsroom Ready: Trudeau inks deal with P.E.I. for $10-a-day child care

Ottawa and Prince Edward Island have reached a funding deal that aims to reduce child care costs to an average of $10 per day by the end of 2024. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was in Charlottetown for the announcement, which marks the fourth Canadian jurisdiction to sign child care funding agreements with Ottawa.
