No deal ahead of one-day teachers strike as rhetoric ramps up

Harvey Bischof says Education Minister Stephen Lecce is ratcheting up rhetoric around the tense talks instead of engaging in constructive bargaining. Lecce said giving high school teachers everything they want, and applying that to all education unions, would cost $7 billion over three years - a number Bischof and the NDP leader questioned.
