Nova Scotia extends school closures, imposes tighter border restrictions as COVID-19 cases rise

Schools will remain closed to students until at least the end of May and P-E-I and Newfoundland and Labrador will be included in a ban on non-essential travel from other provinces. On Saturday essential retail stores must limit in-person shopping to one customer per household.
