OBIT GOLF BALDING

FILE--Canadian Al Balding during action in his fourth and final round in the "World" tournament in Chicago, August 11, 1957. Balding took over the lead after 58 holes with two successive birdies for a total of 221 at that point. Balding, the first Canadian to win a PGA Tour event, has died of cancer at the age of 82.
