Ontario Liberal Leader Steven Del Duca and NDP Leader Andrea Horwath shared their plans to address the health-care shortage in the north of the province on Saturday. Their parties have both proposed to hire more nurses and doctors in the region and increase the number of spaces at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine.
