Opposition accuses government of interference in SNC-Lavalin case

Opposition MPs pressed the government in the House of Commons question period Friday on the SNC-Lavalin controversy haunting the Liberals. The Conservatives baldly accused the government of trying to subvert the course of justice by interfering with a decision to proceed with the prosecution of the company on corruption charges related to business in Libya.
