    Ottawa not focused on marijuana pardons yet: Justice minister

    The Liberal government was asked Wednesday whether Ottawa would consider pardoning people convicted of marijuana crimes in the past. The Senate passed the Cannabis Act on Tuesday, but pot remains illegal until the bill goes into effect.
