Ottawa to give the UN $100 million for Syrian refugee relief

The Liberals are giving $100 million to the UN's refugee agency to help thousands of Syrians. International Development Minister Marie-Claude Bibeau says the Feds will also match donations made by Canadians for relief efforts.
