PM would be in-person in hybrid House, Holland says

Government House leader Mark Holland says Prime Minister Justin Trudeau would be in the House of Commons even if MPs agree to a hybrid model. Liberals and New Democrats support allowing MPs to take part in debates virtually, with the Conservatives opposed. Conservative Leader Erin O'Toole says the Liberals are pushing a hybrid model to duck accountability.
