Poilievre says he'll scrap carbon tax

Pierre Poilievre says he will scrap the carbon tax if the federal Conservatives form government. The carbon tax, which puts a price on pollution, is set to increase on July 1. Gas and diesel prices are expected to go up by 14 to 17 cents per litre. (June 29, 2023)
