Quebec City police say stabbing suspect wanted to hurt as many people as possible

Quebec City police say the suspect behind a deadly sword attack in Quebec City on Halloween night wanted to hurt as many people as possible. Police chief Robert Pigeon says the suspect in the rampage that killed two people and injured five others is a 24-year-old man from the north shore of Montreal. Pigeon says the alleged attacker appears to have been motivated by personal reasons and chose his victims at random.
