Quebec's public health director fears people relaxing COVID-19 health measures

Dr. Horacio Arruda says he has concerns about Quebecers letting their guard down and not respecting public health rules as the weather gets better and the province moves to gradually reopen certain activities. Arruda says they want to Quebecers to be able to get out of the house but they must follow physical distancing rules, wearing masks and frequently washing hands.
