Quebec to lift numerous COVID-19 restrictions on Nov. 15

Quebecers will be allowed to dance in bars and sing karaoke as long as they wear masks. Health Minister Christian Dubé says several restrictions will be lifted on Nov. 15, including the mask mandate in classrooms for high school students. The government is also no longer recommending remote working.
