RCMP, First Nation respond to recommendations in mass killer’s inquest

Jurors at a coroner's inquest into the in-custody death of mass killer Myles Sanderson have issued four recommendations for police to improve arrests. Assistant Commissioner Rhonda Blackmore, the commanding officer for Saskatchewan's RCMP, Chief Wally Burns of the James Smith band and Eddie Head, who represented the Sanderson family during the inquest, respond to the recommendations. (Feb. 29, 2024)
