Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the federal government decided to repatriate a Canadian orphan from Syria because she had no family left in the wartorn country. But Trudeau says the decision to bring back the five-year-old girl known only as Amira is the exception, and that Ottawa does not have plans to repatriate any of the dozens of other Canadians stuck in Syria.
