Residents across Montreal area prepare for more flooding

Residents across Montreal have been preparing for spring flooding for almost two weeks. Many are predicting higher flood levels this year than those experienced in 2017 when the water reached record highs. Quebec Premier Francois Legault said the province has enough resources for now and doesn’t expect to need additional support from the military.
