Saskatchewan hopes to fully reopen in July

Premier Scott Moe says most COVID-19 restrictions in the province could be removed by July 11 - if it has been three weeks since 70 per cent of those aged 12 and older have received a first dose of COVID-19 vaccine. That would mean no more mandatory masking or gathering limits.
