Several dead as SUV plows through B.C. festival

Vancouver Police Interim Chief Steve Rai provides an update after an SUV plowed through a Vancouver street festival being staged by the city's Filipino community Saturday night. Police said several people are dead and multiple people were also injured and sent to several hospitals. (April 27, 2025)
