Singh calls Liberal election gamble ‘ludicrous’

NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh says his party will not play the Liberals' game of chicken about a snap federal election. Singh says his party wants to continue to help Canadians through the pandemic but believes the Liberals are forcing a confidence vote on a motion to create a committee to examine COVID-19 spending because Prime Minister Justin Trudeau really does want an election right now.
