    Some Fort McMurray homes still not safe for re-entry: Notley

    Alberta Premier Rachel Notley says over 500 homes in Fort McMurray are not safe to be lived in after tests found ash tainted with toxic heavy metals and carcinogens. But Notley says the re-entry of most residents is still on track.
